REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Nelia

Nelia began working at Ethos Advanced Dental Care in 2009 as one of Dr. Nash’s main assistants. In 2012, she decided to pursue a career as a dental hygienist. Her many years of experience make her a magnificent addition to the dental community. The intimate nature of dental care requires one to be able to treat the oral condition based on the specific needs of the person. Nelia excels at this as she has the ability to quickly adapt to clinical and non-clinical situations. She takes great pride in her work and loves what she does. Nelia enjoys spending quality time with her husband Wendell and 2 kids. During her free time, she loves to cook, scrapbook, and work in her beautiful garden.

Melissa

Melissa became a Dental Hygienist upon graduation from The University of Southern California in 1998. Melissa and her family are avid USC Trojan fans! Melissa cherishes her husband and two children. She loves spending time with her family desert camping, river trips, playing soccer and baseball. She joined the Ethos Advanced Dental Team in 2018 as she and her family recently moved to the Temecula area. Melissa enjoys providing gentle, but thorough, high-quality hygiene visits. Most important, using her skills in education to teach patients how to maintain their health.

Michael

Michael has been in the dental field since 2000. He has been a team member of Ethos Advanced Dental Care since October 2018 when he relocated his family to Murrieta. His vast experience in dentistry, eagerness to learn more, and his compassion for our patients are what make him a crucial contributor to our team. Michael has been happily married since 2006 to his beautiful wife Raissa and they have two boys together. He loves spending time with his family , traveling, cooking, and food tripping.

Brooke

Brooke began her career in dentistry in 1998 in San Diego, CA as a registered dental assistant. She served the San Diego community for over a decade and is continuing her passion for dentistry in the Temecula community. Brooke’s excitement for science and learning has always kept her interest in the field. She enjoys playing guitar, piano, and singing, and the challenge of solving the Rubik’s cube. She loves to travel abroad with her favorite companions, her mom and sister.

Alicia

Alicia started her dental career in 2002 after graduating from the Dental Program at Orange Coast College. Shortly after graduating she landed her 1st position in a dental front office and has been thriving there ever since. In 2020 she made Murrieta her family’s new home. An avid Crossfitter, bookworm and single mom, Alicia keeps herself busy and enjoys the life-work balance that she has developed at Ethos Advanced Dental Care. She delights in creating joyous memories with her daughter while establishing her roots in our community. If you are a frequent visitor to Old Town Temecula you may find her working at a local’s beloved restaurant with an almost 100 year history.

Crystal

Crystal first began in the dental field in 2002 as a Dental Assistant. After 8 years she knew how much she loved taking care of the patients and pursued Dental Hygiene. Graduating in 2012 as Valedictorian with an Associates in Science she had found her calling to not only help patients with their oral health but how their oral health is linked to their overall health. In 2021 she and her husband moved to the beautiful Temecula Valley where she found her new home away from home at Ethos Advanced Dental Care. She loves finding new trails to hike her 2 huskies, exploring the vineyards in her new backyard, and checking things off the list of home renovations.

Carlos

Carlos started his dental career in 2001 and had been serving our community ever since. He has worked in various specialties within the dental field. He has a passion for cosmetic dentistry and prides himself on exceptional patient care and comfort. Carlos has four daughters and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, cars and motorcycles. He looks forward to making your experience as comfortable and personable as possible.

Araceli

Araceli has been in the dental field for over 25 years. Throughout her career, she’s had specific training in converting dentures into hybrid all on implants prosthesis, as well as working as a lab technician. She enjoys creating beautiful smiles alongside her team at Ethos Advanced Dental Care. Originally from San Diego, Araceli moved to the Inland Empire in 2001. She loves spending time with her husband and 3 wonderful children. When she is not busy connecting with patients and spending quality time with her family she loves to travel, work on muscle cars and dance!

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Shugar

Shugar is a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). She launched her dental career in 2008, earning her license immediately after completing dental assistant school and gaining valuable early experience working in San Diego. Shortly after, she brought her skills to the US Naval Base Yokosuka, Japan, where she worked within the Dental Department while stationed overseas.

After years of traveling the world as a proud military spouse, Shugar and her family settled in Temecula. In an incredible full-circle moment, she was actually a dedicated patient at Ethos Advanced Dental Care for over a decade before officially joining the team as an RDA. Today, she combines her extensive global dental experience with a deep, firsthand understanding of patient care.

Outside of the office, Shugar loves to cook, watch movies, and simply enjoy nature. She resides in Temecula with her husband, their three children, and their cute dog, Pepito.

Carissa

I’m a San Diego native and have been working in the dental field since 2018. My favorite part of my job is helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door, creating treatment plans that fit their needs, and building lasting relationships with each person I meet. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me exploring with my husband and our two energetic puppies, whether we’re camping, soaking up the sun at the beach, or heading out on our next road trip adventure!

Kammi

Kammi began her career in dentistry in 2018. After a few years of honing her skills, she decided to returned to school to earn her Registered Dental Assistant in Expanded Functions (RDAEF) certification, further expanding her skills and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. She enjoys continually learning and growing in her profession and takes pride in being part of a team dedicated to excellence. Outside of the office, she loves traveling, cooking, and is passionate about animal rescue.
