Nelia, Registered Dental Hygienist
Nelia began working at Ethos Advanced Dental Care in 2009 as one of Dr. Nash’s main assistants. In 2012, she decided to pursue a career as a dental hygienist. Her many years of experience make her a magnificent addition to the dental community.
The intimate nature of dental care requires one to be able to treat the oral condition based on the specific needs of the person. Nelia excels at this as she has the ability to quickly adapt to clinical and non-clinical situations. She takes great pride in her work and loves what she does. Nelia enjoys spending quality time with her husband Wendell and 2 kids. During her free time, she loves to cook, scrapbook, and work in her beautiful garden.
Caroline, Registered Dental Hygienist
Caroline started her dental career in 2012 when she graduated from Loma Linda University with a B.S in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys serving others in the office and through various dental mission trips both local and international. Caroline also enjoys coaching gymnastics, doing Crossfit, traveling, and spending time with family. She joined the Ethos Advanced Dental Care team in 2016 and has enjoyed expanding her knowledge in dentistry and working with the Doctors and the rest of the staff.
Jenny, Front Office Financial Coordinator
Jenny has been in the dental field for 17 years. Her goal is to make patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visit. She makes sure patients understand their dental treatment and financial options. She loves working with our patients to help them achieve their dental goals. Jenny is married with three wonderful boys. In her free time, she enjoys family time, home decorating, and gardening.
Bernadette, Registered Dental Assistant
In January 2017, Ethos Advanced Dental Care became her second family and she is proud to be given the opportunity to work with excellent doctors like Dr. Sewell and Dr. Nash. She took dental assisting courses and graduated from San Diego Mesa College in 1996. Her dental career started in the mid 90’s and she can honestly say that the profession interests her today as much as it did back then. She is an experienced worker, having worked with many specialists in the dental community. At home, she is a very devoted mother to her two children and her dog, whom she cherishes and is very blessed to have in her life. Along with spending quality time with her children, she enjoys gardening and cooking. It is both her aspiration and the great responsibility that she put forth great effort into her career, as well as to provide everything that she is able to for her son and daughter. At Ethos Advanced Dental Care, she takes her job very seriously and with great care in order to deliver optimal outcomes and assure comfortability for her patients.
Melissa, Registered Dental Hygienist
Melissa became a Dental Hygienist upon graduation from The University of Southern California in 1998. Melissa and her family are avid USC Trojan fans! Melissa cherishes her husband and two children. She loves spending time with her family desert camping, river trips, playing soccer and baseball. She joined the Ethos Advanced Dental Team in 2018 as she and her family recently moved to the Temecula area. Melissa enjoys providing gentle, but thorough, high-quality hygiene visits. Most important, using her skills in education to teach patients how to maintain their health.

Michael, Registered Dental Assistant
Michael has been in the dental field since 2000. He has been a team member of Ethos Advanced Dental Care since October 2018 when he relocated his family to Murrieta. His vast experience in dentistry, eagerness to learn more, and his compassion for our patients are what make him a crucial contributor to our team. Michael has been happily married since 2006 to his beautiful wife Raissa and they have two boys together. He loves spending time with his family , traveling, cooking, and food tripping.

Brooke, Front Office Team Member
Brooke began her career in dentistry in 1998 in San Diego, CA as a registered dental assistant. She served the San Diego community for over a decade and is continuing her passion for dentistry in the Temecula community. Brooke’s excitement for science and learning has always kept her interest in the field. She enjoys playing guitar, piano, and singing, and the challenge of solving the Rubik’s cube. She loves to travel abroad with her favorite companions, her mom and sister.
Alicia, Front Office Team Member
Alicia started her dental career in 2002 after graduating from the Dental Program at Orange Coast College. Shortly after graduating she landed her 1st position in a dental front office and has been thriving there ever since. In 2020 she made Murrieta her family’s new home.
An avid Crossfitter, bookworm and single mom, Alicia keeps herself busy and enjoys the life-work balance that she has developed at Ethos Advanced Dental Care. She delights in creating joyous memories with her daughter while establishing her roots in our community.
If you are a frequent visitor to Old Town Temecula you may find her working at a local’s beloved restaurant with an almost 100 year history.
Crystal, Registered Dental Hygienist
Crystal first began in the dental field in 2002 as a Dental Assistant. After 8 years she knew how much she loved taking care of the patients and pursed Dental Hygiene. Graduating in 2012 as Valedictorian with an Associates in Science she had found her calling to not only help patients with their oral health but how their oral health is linked to their overall health. In 2021 she and her husband moved to the beautiful Temecula Valley where she found her new home away from home at Ethos Advanced Dental Care.
She loves finding new trails to hike her 2 huskies, exploring the vineyards in her new backyard, and checking things off the list of home renovations.
Carlos, Registered Dental Assistant
Carlos started his dental career in 2001 and had been serving our community ever since. He has worked in various specialties within the dental field. He has a passion for cosmetic dentistry and prides himself on exceptional patient care and comfort. Carlos has four daughters and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, cars and motorcycles. He looks forward to making your experience as comfortable and personable as possible.
Ki, Dental Assistant
Ki graduated high school early with honors in 2021. At Ethos Advanced Dental Care, Ki enjoys helping patients feel at ease when they come into our office. The patient experience is her priority, and her calming personality helps to comfort patient’s before, during, and after their dental procedures. She loves working in the dental field and aspires to become a Dental Hygienist. During Ki’s spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, going to the beach, reading, cooking, and all art.
Hayley, Registered Dental Assistant
Hayley has been an RDA since 2017 and has been proudly serving the community of Temecula since then. Since joining the team at Ethos Advanced Dental Care, she has expanded her knowledge and experience in the dental field. Hayley brings her kindness and compassion to her patients and strives to make their experience a pleasant one. Family is a big part of Hayley’s life. She is a proud mother of two, and her love for her family drives her to give her patients the quality care they deserve.
